Had a great stay on my road trip, glad I've chosen it. Loved the queen studio in my socks, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The facilities, such as central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven, were all that was needed.

Nothing. I am very upset.
Very dirty room, bugs, unprofessional, dirty staff, everything smelled of pot, even in our "non-smoking room". We had to be moved to another room, which wasnt any better.

The staff were accommodating and courteous, helped with any issues. The room in my socks. Everything was great, I loved that.

Nothing. The room smelled like urine. The bedcovers were stained and thin. The "suite" was just a bed and a microwave.
Everything. Clean the room, put more people at the front desk so I don't have to stand and wait while the only employee answers the phone over and over. Enforce smoking policies so I don't get smoke blown all over me everytime I enter the building.

I can say, I did enjoy the Toms of Maine toothpaste sample and the bed was comfortable.
I made reservations on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 for a one night stay at the Crossland Economy Studios in Colorado Springs for $82.21, but was charged $82.68. Website stated check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 11 am., that there was cable, HBO, iron & ironing board and dining & cooking utensils provided. Sounded good. I arrived around 6:15pm and was informed that my room wasn't ready yet. Argh. It's 3 hours AFTER check-in? It had been a long day for me and I just wanted to get in the room, turn on the tv, eat my supper and relax. Checking me in took quite awhile as she was very busy with phone calls and other customers. I even said with a smile when i walked into the office "business is good!" By the time we were finished, she had given me Room 241. I went to my car, drove to closest elevator and proceeded to pack myself down, as I only wanted to make one trip. Ugh. Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to Room 241 and a man was on the bed! I immediately called the front desk and she told me that no one should be in there. I said he's standing right here showing me his paperwork, paying for Room 241 for one week. She said she would be right up. Argh. Once there, she told me to go wait in the office and that she was sorry. Argh. The small office had even more clients in it now, but there was another person helping her. I got Room 204. Opened the door....all good....meaning, no one else was in the room. Unpacked and settled in to enjoy some cable and HBO. TV WOULDN'T WORK! Really? Seriously? I called the front desk and told her.....the remote doesn't 'talk' to the TV, BUT MAINLY THE TV DOESN'T WORK! It has electricity, but there are no channels...just black and white fuzz buzz. She said she would come up as soon as she could. I knew that it wouldn't be very soon, so tried to just enjoy my supper and find something to read.

Nothing. The entire place smelled like smoke and urine. Nothing was clean. And the "suites" consisted of one room with a bed and a microwave. The bathroom didn't even have doors.
Everything. The room was so full of cigarette and other smoke that we couldn't breathe.

Light by bed did not work, Tv remote did not work. Security of door was questionable.

Had a good time during our stay here. It was a nice break during our road trip. The room we got was practical and super comfy. Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working properly, which was a bummer. 🙁
